Our goal is to help communities and people live much healthier lives. Black Dog Institute's Rest Ninja app allows youths to learn about sleep in an enjoyable, interactive means under the guidance of the 'Master Sleep Ninja.' The app assists teenagers' establish healthy sleep routines and improve sleep top quality.

We've dedicated $1 million over four years from 2020 to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and areas to provide campaigns to enhance wellness and life span results. We add to the decrease of injustices for individuals & neighborhoods with health vulnerabilities and help shut the wellness and life span gap for First Nations peoples.
