Our goal is to aid people and neighborhoods live much healthier lives. Black Dog Institute's Sleep Ninja application enables youths to find out about sleep in an enjoyable, interactive method under the advice of the 'Master Sleep Ninja.' The app helps teenagers' create healthy and balanced rest behaviors and improve sleep top quality.

We've dedicated $1 million over 4 years from 2020 to sustain Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals and neighborhoods to deliver campaigns to enhance health and life expectancy outcomes. We contribute to the decrease of inequities for people & areas with wellness susceptabilities and help close the health and life expectancy space for First Nations peoples.
