We've supported programs that have helped hundreds of individuals make lasting and positive enhancements to their physical, psychological and social health and wellbeing. This year Melt Support Group is one of our Good Cause Grant champions chosen by nib Wellness Supplier Involvement Lead, Tayla Henry. We sustain companions to deliver more service, more effectively, to more individuals. Every year we give approximately $2 million in funding to collaborations that share our purpose of helping communities and people live healthier lives.
We've devoted $1 million over 4 years from 2020 to sustain Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and areas to provide campaigns to improve wellness and life expectancy outcomes. We contribute to the reduction of injustices for individuals & neighborhoods with wellness susceptabilities and aid close the health and life span space for First Nations individuals.

NibGive: our staff member giving program urges our employees to get associated with a broad series of area volunteering and offering initiatives, including payroll offering and fundraising.
We support area initiatives that enhance the wellness and well-being of the neighborhoods in which we run, building resilience to assist people face everyday obstacles as well as responding to emergencies and natural calamities. Great Reason Grants: we empower our people to review health and social issues they respect and promote their colleagues to get behind these reasons.
We're sustaining ingenious health efforts concentrated on creating positive wellness behaviours and decreasing risk factors to avoid chronic disease. nib foundation logo structure contributed $10,000 to Cape York Collaboration to sustain more than 100 families of Wujal Wujal who are still displaced from their community due to the flooding from ex-Tropical Cyclone Jasper.
