Tell your healthcare provider immediately if you (or your youngster): might not be viewing as well as prior to starting SABRIL; start to journey, run across things, or are much more clumsy than typical vigabatrin side effects; are surprised by things or people being available in front of you that seem to come out of nowhere; or if your child is acting in different ways than typical.

The Vigabatrin REMS Program is called for by the FDA to make certain notified risk-benefit decisions before starting treatment, and to ensure suitable use vigabatrin while individuals are treated. It is not possible for your doctor to recognize when vision loss will occur.

It is recommended that your doctor test your (or your kid's) vision before or within 4 weeks after starting SABRIL and at least every 3 months during therapy till SABRIL is quit. If you or your child have any side effect that troubles you or that does not go away, tell your healthcare supplier.

Tell your healthcare provider if you are expecting or plan to get pregnant. If vision testing can not be done, your doctor might proceed suggesting SABRIL, yet will not have the ability to look for any type of vision loss.
