World of Warcraft Upgrades and Item Upgrading

Upgrades increase the value of certain numeric stats on armor, weapons and rings. They also boost extra bonuses like PvE damage and crit chance.

If the weapon's upgrade template is in %, the weapon will increase 3% of its previous damage for every time it's upgraded.

The cost of upgrading an item is determined by the item's level. The cost rises with Best item upgrader's level.

Components

Upgrade components are items that can be inserted into armor, weapons, and trinkets in order to provide a stat bonus or extra impact while they're being used. They can be obtained by crafting, purchasing from vendors, trading or looting. Some upgrades have special cosmetic effects.

Upgrade components can be inserted into any equipment with a slot for them. The item must have been at a minimum upgraded to blue level to allow a component to be applied. In contrast to other mods components can only be used once; they can't be used multiple times or replaced by new upgrades. Infusions and enrichments are a specific kind of upgrade component that is used to upgrade non-amulet ascended or legendary equipment as well as the non-ascended back items. Infusions and enrichments can be obtained by salvaging equipment from the ascended state or by completing a mission within the Prophecies, Factions, and Nightfall campaigns.

A prefix or suffix can be added to an upgrade, changing the name of the item it's applied to (for instance, 'Canthan Armor Insignia',' changes to Canthan Armor Minor Vigor). Some upgrades increase the Mark Level or Rarity, allowing players to create stronger versions of the equipment that require the smallest amount of Upgrade Crystals than are required to achieve the same level of upgrade using normal methods.

A boost upgrade can change the attack or defense attributes of the weapon or armor. These upgrades can be made from the Portative Forging Station once the player has completed the cutscene, and defeats the Crazed mechanic. They can be dropped by enemies when upgrading other gear or by purchasing them from the cash store for 500 upgrade crystals each.

Each upgrade increases the chance that a higher-tier version of an item will be available during the next reset. This gives players a reason to upgrade their gear, even if they are unsure how much it will be improved following the reset.

The boost upgrade may be successful or not, the process could be costly and there is a high chance that the item could be obsolete or even break if it fails; a unsuccessful upgrade could destroy the Upgrade Crystals and Assist Powder, as well as the upgraded item. This is alleviated by the availability cash shop items that can double or even eliminate the chances of failure, as well as a few upgrades that give a bonus when reinserted into an item.

Glyphs

Glyphs are upgrade elements which can be put in special sockets on the Paragon Board. Glyphs can boost the performance of nodes within a radius, including any existing attaches. Glyphs are upgraded in many ways. We suggest upgrading them as soon as you can to level 15.

You'll often see in the endgame that placing Glyphs is a great way to upgrade your gear. They are the only upgrade components that can be upgraded directly to level 15, and they provide significant boosts to your power and radius on the Paragon Board, enabling you to climb higher nodes much faster.

Glyphs, the sole upgrade component that can be removed without restriction and replaced again, are the most common. Only legendary equipment can be salvaged and re-placed using the aid of a Black Lion Salvage Kit.

Each Glyph has a certain range of values can enhance a stat by, and the value is shown when you choose the Glyph in your inventory. You can choose to replace it with another Glyph of the same rank or higher rank, which will boost the value of the glyph.

There are Glyphs in the Black Lion Trading Post, as part of the Gem Store purchase or bundle with certain gathering tools that are unlimited-use as well as through Faction Crypt raids. Each Faction Crypt can drop one of these Glyphs. There are also some rare glyphs you can find in any of the Faction Crypts.

Once you have the desired Glyphs, you will have to attach them to your gear. Each Glyph unlocks a special bonus which will boost a specific set of stat nodes within a radius around the Glyph. Depending on the Glyph the bonus will be +40 to one of your primary stats or +25 to two of your secondary stats.

Glyphs increase the number of nodes connected to them, so it is recommended to place Glyphs in strategic spots on the Graph. This will increase the impact. Druids for instance should position their Glyphs close to their primary damage nodes. They might also consider placing them near their critical damage nodes.

Leveling

The Best item upgrader upgrading system allows players to increase the stats of specific items by putting upgraded components inside them. This is often referred to as "upping". Each upgradeable item has a level which determines the final stats. Upgraded items may be leveled up to a maximum level of 385. Each item level requires various components, and upgrade costs increase with each level.

Some upgrades require an ingredient to be activated. This ingredient is obtained from completing Upgrade Recipes. These recipes can be purchased from NPCs or on the upgrade tab of crafting tables. Each Upgrade Recipe that is completed earns a number of Technology Points. These points can be used to upgrade the item. Once enough points have been earned, the upgrade item will be claimed and the additional bonuses will be added to the item.

When the player upgrade the equipment they have it will be replaced with the new item. This means that the same armor piece will get a weapon or shield when upgraded. The new item will come with a bonus of its own. This can be a downside in that the item could increase in price even if you do not require it.

Item upgrades can sometimes be rerolled, if the player has enough tokens to be able to do so. This will cause the item to be exchanged for a brand new one, with an initial level and a different set of bonuses. This can be beneficial but it should not be used frequently as it can be a waste of resources.

Certain upgrades can be rerolled many times to increase their value, allows the player to modify their equipment. Dolphin's Gift is a good example, as it provides a buff if the player is repeatedly in or leaves the water. This item can be upgraded multiple times, increasing the maximum roll each time by 10 increments. This item is extremely useful in PvP. A perfectly rolled version could be worth 50 times the value of a unupgraded counterpart.

Requirements

The ability to upgrade items allows players to upgrade the level of their equippable equipment - weapons, armor, and trinkets above ilvl 385--by providing the appropriate items and currencies to an NPC who upgrades items. Upgrades to armor set pieces improve the strength of their base defense and upgrades to weapon items boost their base damage as well as their strength and dexterity.

All items can be upgraded up to five times, with the exception of hero gear, which can have eight upgrades. Every time you upgrade an item, it is given an opportunity to fail. The failure rate increases the more you exceed the maximum number of upgrades. Failures will result in the item reverting back to its original condition, which requires the user to pay more for materials than they would had they stopped upgrading at the maximum number of upgrades.

If an item isn't upgraded the experience bar in the bar for growth will be reset to zero. In addition the item will be deducted any bonuses it gained such as crit chance, attack damage, as well as any other effects that are associated with that effect (for example, increased heal over time or reload speed). However, the player can continue to use the weapon or armor after the failure.

When an item is upgraded the upgrades are applied from lowest to highest. This means that if a weapon increases its crit chance it will be applied before any damage to attack increases. Slots is a brand new attribute that has been added to item definitions. The value is calculated every time an upgrade occurs.

The amount of resources needed to upgrade an item is based on the rarity rating and number of upgrade slots. The cost of upgrading equipment that is not premium is equal to its value. For instance, a common item might have five upgrades at a cost of. 25,600 Technology Points and 4x Quality Improvement Chance. Hero quality items will have an incredibly lower cost for each upgrade.

Premium items have different requirements for upgrading as compared to standard equipment, for instance, they may require fewer sowels, but they will require more minerals and erons. Regardless, the player must visit the NPC [Armorthe ] Boboko in Central Flarine with each piece of equipment they want to upgrade. In addition to the upgrade costs listed above, each equipment upgrade will require a different amount of the upgrade ingredients.
