Thule is a name known for its cool and practical products, and the Shine stroller is no exception. It's among the lightest strollers on the market, and feels solid and robust in your hands despite its minimalist design. It's also extremely versatile that it can be used as a bassinet, or Newborn Inlay from birth, and also as a Maxi Cosi car adapter.

The Shine is not like other lightweight prams in the area of cargo storage. The 22-pound capacity of the Shine allows you to bring everything you need on an excursion without having to worry about leaving anything behind.

The wheels are easy to attach to the frame. They snap on straight from the box. The bassinet is easy to put together and has handles that are similar to those of a Moses basket. The pram can be folded down to a compact, tidy size, meaning it can fit in even the tiniest cars.

The only issue is the price. Although it is less than some other 2 in 1 prams it still costs over PS1,000 for the entire kit. It's a bit difficult to swallow when you have alternatives such as Thule Spring. Thule Spring that is lighter and more compact and costs half as much.

The durability of Thule's strollers is legendary and I have seen them tested at the Thule Hillerstop headquarters in Sweden. They drop prams from high places and then slam them down slopes, and then take them on bumpy tracks in the snow to test their performance and endurance. They certainly look good!
