Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrading gear increases its stats base and often increases its other features. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the amount of random enhancements used.

The racial Shield elite Razortail, for example, is frequently upgraded to enhance its lightning absorption capabilities in PvP and/or add additional defenses to missile-based designs in the PvM. This makes it more marketable than the perfect non-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens can be used to reroll an item you have acquired like an armor, weapon or rings. The item is replaced by another of the same kind however with different benefits. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective method of upgrading gear. They don't maintain the original level of the item and any wasted resources aren't rewarded.

The survivors can get tokens to reroll in many ways, including the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be found in crates and chests, or purchased at the local store at a cost of 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter the attributes of a piece equipment for example, increasing its damage.

Players can roll their equipment in three categories that include physical power, magical power and health. Physical power upgrades increase the damage caused by weapons and melee attacks, while spell power boosts rings and mage attacks. Health upgrades give the player additional health.

Three types of reroll tokens are available such as upgrade, rare and legendary. Each upgrade elevates an item to a higher quality, with the requirement of a higher-level reroll token in order to create it. Upgrades require a common item. Rare upgrades require items that are either exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

The marker for rerolling, unlike special tokens or markers placed on action spaces, remains on the space till the next Success is to be rerolled. This helps to ensure that upgrades are not wasted.

Blueprints appear as envelopes at the start of each Preparation Phase and are opened by grabbing them using Interact. When they are opened they will display a complete description and the icon of the relevant appliance or ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged for a new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's shop for the amount of coins.

This means that blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a game. This alters the kind of blueprints that a restaurant's shop offers to reroll and which are available in the Non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

Weapons, armor, and accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that increase the level of an item by increasing its stats and attributes. These items can be obtained by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the main towns. They can purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a cost. In addition, players can get these stones by completing daily contracts.

To upgrade gear players must first locate the appropriate item and then click on the "level up" button. This will show a list of the item upgrader kit's levels and what it will be when it is upgraded. It will also display the amount of Growth Stones required to do so. The number of Growth Stones needed to upgrade a piece depends on its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires one Growth Stone.

After deciding on what to upgrade, players must then select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the appropriate cost. After the player has met the requirements, they can click the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. This will increase the item's level by a certain percentage. Depending on the item's rarity, the upgrade process can take anywhere from seconds to minutes.

The upgrade process is risk-free and will not impact the durability of the item. This is a great way for players who want to get an edge in combat but don't want spend a lot of money. Additionally, players can transfer the experience and advancement of an upgraded Best item upgrade onto a new one by clicking on the "transfer" tab.

The process of acquiring Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be a challenge for new players. There are several methods to get them. You can finish contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, collect them from Equipment Stone Seal Book or get them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Players can also break down higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.

Leveling

Leveling is an optional feature that lets players increase the base stats of weapons armor, helms and trinkets. It is achieved by combining an item with upgrades at the Upgrade Station and paying a cost of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The upgrade materials will be consumed and the item will gain an upgraded level. This process can be repeated until the highest level of an item is attained.

Items with upgraded base stats will display the blue icon in their slot. In contrast to enchantments, upgrade components do not stack with each other, but can only be added to a single item at one time. Furthermore each upgrade component will require a certain quantity of items to be used and an initial amount for the equipment.

The Upgrade Station features two slots: the left one is where players can put in a piece of equipment that they wish to upgrade, and the right side shows a glimpse of what the gear will appear like when it reaches its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow once is a player has enough resources will begin the upgrade process.

An item of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each time it is upgraded, the base stats of an item will be increased by a small amount. The highest level for an item is 19.

When an item is at its maximum capacity, it will no longer have the option of upgrading. In the same way, once a piece of gear reaches the level of a specific upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track ) they will be discounted.

Upgrade components are a form of equipment that can be slotted into weapons, armor, trinkets, and gathering tools to offer an added bonus or effect when the equipment is being used. They can be purchased from vendors, looted, obtained by completing quests or traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones, but doing so will damage the previous upgrade, except for glyphs which can be removed and replaced at will.

Requirements

Upgrades to items give players the ability to increase certain stats of weapons and armor they currently own. The requirements for upgrading an item upgrade differ based on the item type however, generally you'll require Dilithium and a variety of Upgrade Tokens (various options are available).

Upgrades to items can be slotted into equipment set pieces or weapons to provide added effects or a higher quality item. These upgrades can come from a variety of sources, such as crafting, purchasing at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting from bosses and raids. Once an upgrade component is inserted into an item upgrading, it isn't able to be removed or substituted without restriction, however the glyphs that are used in gathering tools can be swapped without restrictions.

Upgrades can boost the Mark Level of an item or Rarity. In addition, certain upgrade components have additional modifiers that could further increase the stats of an item.

For instance, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" improves base defense, and also adds an extra 20% chance of blocking. Additionally the dps enhancement "Wildfire" increases weapon damage.

Some items are better off being upgraded less for their increased stats, but for the fact that it allows players to gain the most value from a perfect roll on the item. For example, a perfect-rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly valued in the melee PvP community and can be worth 20-50 times the value of the unupp'd version.

The game will highlight the requirements when you select the upgrade component to be incorporated into the item upgrader mod. The game will show the requirements required when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.

Once you've satisfied the requirements for an upgrade, the game will place the item in your inventory and the progress bar will change to indicate how close to completing it. You can also check the status of an upgrade by going to any item upgrader NPC.
